Formula 103 Facial Hair Removal cream has been revamped with a new formula and a new package design. Formula 103, a Halsik Limited line based in Wilmette, IL, targets razor bumps and irritation on dark skin by gently dissolving hair and preventing it from re-entering the skin. Active ingredients include hydrolyzed sweet almond protein, herbs, aloe, cocoa butter, jojoba oil, calcium hydroxide, calcium thioglycolate and lithium hydroxide. Formula 103, available in Mild and Extra Strength, is sold at Walgreens.
